I spent nine years in program and product management at Amazon before I made my own switch: leaving a senior role to build something new. I know what it takes to walk away from something that looks secure and move toward something that actually fits.
Today I work with professionals who've reached a point where staying still costs more than moving does, and who want a structured plan and real accountability to make that move, not just motivation.

I'm Italian, and I've built my career in Germany since 2017, in a language and a professional culture that weren't originally mine. I work across five languages, Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, so we can have this conversation in the one that lets you say what you actually mean, not just the one that's convenient.
