1. About Prioritize I

These Terms of Service govern the use of coaching services offered by Prioritize I, operated by:

By booking or purchasing any service from Prioritize I, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services offered

Prioritize I offers 1:1 coaching sessions for expats and individuals navigating life transitions, available as single sessions, multi-session packages, or other formats as communicated at the time of purchase.

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, medical advice, or any other licensed professional service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.

3. Booking & payment

Sessions are booked via the Calendly booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Payment terms, pricing, and package details are communicated at the time of booking or purchase.

All prices are in Euros (EUR). As a Kleinunternehmer under § 19 UStG, Prioritize I does not charge VAT.

4. Cancellations & refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the booking, the notice given, and any exceptional circumstances.

To request a cancellation or discuss a refund, please contact us as early as possible at giuliavichi@prioritizei.com. We will always aim to find a fair solution.

Prioritize I reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Likewise, we ask that you respect the confidentiality of any materials or content shared with you as part of the coaching relationship.

6. Intellectual property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources created or shared by Prioritize I remain the intellectual property of Giulia Vichi. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Coaching results depend on your own commitment and effort. Prioritize I makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prioritize I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
