Giulia Vichi
I spent nine years at Amazon, across program management, product management, and international expansion in more than twenty markets. I ran major initiatives, led teams, and made decisions that mattered.
The work was demanding and I was good at it. Nothing about it was going wrong.
On paper, I had everything that's supposed to count as success.
I left that role to build a career and a business on my own terms.
Not because the job was bad, but because I knew staying would cost me more than leaving would.
That switch is what led me to coaching, after years spent studying psychology out of genuine curiosity about what makes people stay stuck versus what gets them to actually move.
I'm Italian, and I've lived and built my career in Germany since 2017, in a language and a professional culture that weren't originally mine. I know what it takes to prove yourself twice over in a new context.
It is also why I work across five languages rather than one. A decision this size is hard enough without having to make it in your second or third language, in words that are not quite the ones you think in.
